Linkup now supports x402, an open payment protocol that lets you pay per request in USDC on the Base network, with no account or API key required.

What’s new

  • Pay per request. Send USDC directly from your wallet, no sign-up needed.
  • All endpoints supported: /v1/search, /v1/fetch, and /v1/research.
  • Standard HTTP flow. Get a 402 response, sign with your wallet, resend with the payment header.
  • On-chain settlement. Every payment is verified and settled on Base.
